【摘要】:1ThispartofISO527specifiesthetestconditionsforthedeterminationofthetensilepropertiesofisotropicandorthotropicfibre-reinforcedplasticcomposites,baseduponthegeneralprinciplesgiveninpart1.Unidirectionallyreinforcedmaterialsarecoveredbypart5.2SeeISO527-1,subclause1.2.3Thetestmethodissuitableforusewiththefollowingmaterials:—fibre-reinforcedthermosettingandthermoplasticcompositesincorporatingnon-unidirectionalreinforcementssuchasmats,wovenfabrics,wovenrovings,choppedstrands,combinationsofsuchreinforcements,hybrids,ravings,shortormilledfibresorpreimpregnatedmaterials(prepregs)(fordirectlyinjection-mouldedspecimens,seespecimen1AinISO527-2:1993);—combinationsoftheabovewithunidirectionalreinforcementsandmultidirectionalreinforcedmaterialsconstructedfromunidirectionallayers,providedsuchlaminatesaresymmetrical(formaterialswithcompletely,ormainly,unidirectionalreinforcements,seeISO527-5);—finishedproductsmadefromthesematerials.Thereinforcementfibrescoveredincludeglassfibres,carbonfibres,aramidfibresandothersimilarfibres.4ThemethodisperformedusingspecimensmachinedfromatestpanelmadeinaccordancewithISO1268orbyequivalentmethods,orfromfinishedandsemi-finishedproductswithsuitableflatareas.5SeeISO527-1,subclause1.5.
