【摘要】:ThemicroactivitytestprovidesdatatoassesstherelativeperformanceofFCCcatalyst.Becauseresultsareaffectedbycatalystpretreatment,feedstockcharacteristics,testequipment,andoperatingparameters,adherencetothistestmethodisaprerequisiteforcorrectinterpretationofresults.Apparatus,testconditions,andanalyticalproceduresactuallyusedshouldcloselyresemblethosedescribedinthistestmethod.Cautionshouldbeusedininterpretingresultsabove80weight%conversionduetothesignificanceofovercracking.1.1Thistestmethodcoversdeterminingtheactivityofequilibriumorlaboratory-deactivatedfluidcatalyticcracking(FCC)catalysts,orboth.Thisisevaluatedonthebasisofweightpercentconversionofgasoilinamicroactivityunit.TheselectivityofFCCcatalystscanbedeterminedusingTestMethodD5154.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
