【摘要】:1.1Theserequirementscovermovableandwall-orceiling-hungelectricroom-heatingequipmentrated600voltsorlesstobeemployedinordinarylocationsinaccordancewiththeNationalElectricalCode,ANSI/NFPA70.1.2Theserequirementsdonotcoverfixedheaters,location-dedicatedheaters,baseboardheaters,ductheaters,central-heatingfurnaces,fan-coilunits,panel-orcable-typeradiant-heatingequipment,electricboilers,oranyotherelectricheatingequipmentorappliancesthatarecoveredinorasapartofseparate,individualrequirements.1.3Aproductthatcontainsfeatures,characteristics,components,materials,orsystemsnewordifferentfromthosecoveredbytherequirementsinthisstandard,andthatinvolvesariskoffireorofelectricshockorinjurytopersonsshallbeevaluatedusingappropriateadditionalcomponentandend-productrequirementstomaintainthelevelofsafetyasoriginallyanticipatedbytheintentofthisstandard.Aproductwhosefeatures,characteristics,components,materials,orsystemsconflictwithspecificrequirementsorprovisionsofthisstandarddoesnotcomplywiththisstandard.Revisionofrequirementsshallbeproposedandadoptedinconformancewiththemethodsemployedfordevelopment,revision,andimplementationofthisstandard.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesspecificperformancerequirementsandtestmethodsunderprescribedlaboratoryandfieldconditionsfordiffusivesamplersusedforthedeterminationoftheconcentrationofgasesorvapoursinambientair.Suchrequirementsapplytoalldiffusivesamplers,irrespectiveofthephysicalnatureoftherate-controllingprocessandirrespectiveofthenatureofthesorptionprocessandtheanalyticaldetermination.Thisstandardappliestoallstagesofthemeasuringprocedure,includingtransportationandstorageofthesamplewhereappropriate.Thisstandardappliestomeasuringprocedureswithseparatesamplingandanalysisstages,andalsotodirectreadingdevices.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletodiffusivesamplersaccordingto3.6ofEN13528-1:2002.ThisEuropeanStandardshouldenablemanufacturersandusersofdiffusivesamplerstoadoptaconsistentapproachtosamplervalidationandprovideaframeworkfortheassessmentofsamplerperformanceagainstcriteriaspecifiedinEN13528-1.ItistheresponsibilityofthemanufacturerorofthosewhoassemblethediffusivesamplerstoensurethatthesamplercomplieswiththedataqualityobjectivesgiveninthisEuropeanStandard.ForthepurposeofdemonstratingcompliancewithdataqualityobjectivesprescribedformethodstobeusedinsupportoftheCouncilDirectiveonAmbientAirQualityAssessmentandManagement,thispartofEN13528providestherelevantrequirementsandtestmethodsforthedeterminationofmeasurementuncertainty.Asindicatedin6.5.2to6.5.4,someoftheseproceduresaretobeundertakenbyasinglerepresentativelaboratory,somebyseverallaboratoriesinaninterlaboratorytrial,andsomebythelaboratoryimplementingthemethod.ThisdivisionofresponsibilityisinaccordancewithTable1ofCENReportCR14377:2002[3].Whereonlyonelaboratoryisinvolvedinestablishingtheperformancecharacteristicsofamethod,asinamanufacturer’sassessment,thereproducibilityelementsoftheuncertaintybudgetshallbeestimatedunderwithinlaboratoryreproducibilityconditions,i.e.byperformingtherelevantexperimentsindependently,asfarasreasonablypracticable.Thistypeofassessmentisidentifiedaslevel2(seeclause8).Thisstandardcanencouragethedevelopmentofnewtypesofdiffusivesampler.Priortoconductingafullevaluationaccordingtothisstandard,itwouldbeusefultoconductlaboratoryorfieldintercomparisonswithestablishedsamplers.Theseintercomparisonsshouldbeconductedbyexperiencedinstitutes.
