【摘要】:ThispartofISO11602givesrequirementsfortheselectionandinstallationofportableandwheeledfireextinguishers.ItshouldbeusedinconjunctionwithISO11602-2.Fireextinguishersareintendedasafirstlineofdefenceagainstfiresoflimitedsize.Theyareneededevenifthepropertyisequippedwithautomaticsprinklers,standpipeandhose,orotherfixedprotectionequipment.ThispartofISO11602isnotapplicabletopermanentlyinstalledsystemsforfireextinguishment,eventhoughportionsofsuchsystemsmaybeportable(suchashoseandnozzlesattachedtoafixedsupplyofextinguishingmedia).TherequirementsinthispartofISO11602areminimumrequirements.Theuseoflarger,higherratedorgreaternumbersofextinguisherswill,ingeneral,improveprotection.Extinguishersforuseonboardaircraft,watercraftandvehiclesareconsideredtobeoutsidethescopeofthispartofISO11602.
