【摘要】:ThispartofISO13357specifiesaprocedurefortheevaluationofthefilterabilityoflubricatingoils,particularlythosedesignedforhydraulicapplications,inthepresenceofwater.Theprocedureonlyappliestomineral-basedoils,sincefluidsmanufacturedfromothermaterials(e.g.fire-resistantfluids)maynotbecompatiblewiththespecifiedtestmembranes.TherangeofapplicationhasbeenevaluatedwithoilsofviscosityuptoISOviscositygrade(VG)100,asdefinedinISO3448.Withintherangedescribed,thefilterabilityasdefinedisnotdependentontheviscosityoftheoil.Theprocedureisnotsuitableforsomehydraulicoilsonwhichspecificpropertieshavebeenconferredbytheuseofinsoluble/partiallysolubleadditives,orbyparticularlylargemolecularspecies.NOTEFilterabilityisaprimerequirementforlubricatingoilsusedinhydraulicsystemsbecauseofthefinefiltersusedinthisapplication.ThispartofISO13357definesamethodforassessingthefilterabilityofoilsinthepresenceofcontaminatingwater.Itshouldbenotedthatsomeoilswillexhibitpoorerfilterabilitycharacteristicsintheseconditions.ISO13357-2shouldbeusedtoinvestigatethefilterabilityofanoilwhichistobeusedinapplicationswherethepresenceofwaterintheoilisunlikely.Anoilwhichhasgoodfilterabilityinthepresenceofcontaminatingwaterwillnotnecessarilyhaveequallygoodfilterabilityindryconditions.Anoilhavinggoodfilterabilityonlywhenwetisunlikelytobegenerallyacceptable.
